Product Description


Our electrical poles are specifically designed for Moroto 132kV Electricity Transmission Line Project suspension type,Tension type. We have successfully delivered our products to satisfied customers all around the world including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. In addition, we can produce various types of poles depending on its usage such as suspension, tension and terminal/dead angle poles. 

 

Specifical Details

The following limitations shall apply to the conductor and earth wire:
Phase conductor: Temperature 0oC, initial tension not to exceed 33% of the UTS.
Phase conductor: Temperature 15oC, final tension not to exceed 20% of the UTS.
Final phase conductor sags under maximum temperature to be calculated at 60oC (templating
temperature) and 80oC (maximum normal operation temperature).
Ground wire: Temperature 15oC, final tension not to exceed 15% of the UTS.
Final ground wire or OPGW conductor sags under maximum temperature to be calculated at 55oC.
The final ground wire or OPGW sag to be 20% less than conductor sag.

We cover the top and bottom parts of the pole with a mat or straw bale in order to protect it from damage to the galvanized surface that may occur during transportation. Packaging can also be done according to clients’ requirements.
